Journey

17 years of building things that matter.

We started in 2008 with curiosity, technical ambition and a simple instinct: build things that work.

The company was registered in 2009. Since then, the technology has changed repeatedly, but the underlying approach has stayed remarkably consistent: understand the problem, learn what is needed and build the system around it.

From early web applications to complex platforms, APIs, automation and now AI systems, the journey has been less about following trends and more about staying curious enough to keep building.

2008 — 2009
The beginning.
Early experiments with software became the foundation for a technology company built around solving real problems.
2010s
From interfaces to systems.
Web applications grew into e-commerce platforms, education systems, entertainment products and increasingly sophisticated backend infrastructure.
2020s
Data, scale and products.
Modern JavaScript stacks, APIs, reporting systems, automation and products designed around the workflows businesses actually depend on.
Today
Building with intelligence.
AI agents, RAG, tool calling, voice and automation are becoming another layer in the systems we build for real businesses.

What we built

Built for the
real world.

For nearly two decades, we've built technology across architecture, education, food, entertainment, travel and more. Different industries, different constraints, the same instinct: understand the problem and build what works.

The technology behind the systems we build.

Technology · Systems · Scale

01

Architecture

Interactive property technology

We built interactive site-plan technology for US home builders, turning property developments into intuitive digital experiences for buyers.

The platform was designed to work across multiple developments and scale with the business. Several of the concepts we built were later demonstrated at the International Builders' Show (IBS), one of the largest home-building exhibitions in the US.

Industry reach

Technology demonstrated at IBS

Concepts developed through the partnership moved beyond the product itself and into the wider home-building industry, where they were showcased to builders and industry professionals.

02

Education

Technology partner

For more than a decade, we served as the technology team behind a US education company working with colleges and universities.

We built assessments, resume tools, interview simulators, quizzes, learning modules and job-matching systems across one long-running technology partnership.

Business outcome

Millions raised in private funding

The company went on to attract substantial private investment and bring in outside equity as the business expanded.

03

Food & Catering

Business platforms

We partnered with US web design consultants as their backend technology team, turning design concepts into working business platforms.

Business outcome

$1M+ in annual sales

One catering platform we built became part of a business generating more than $1M in annual sales, with continued year-over-year growth in dollar sales.

04

Big Data

Systems at scale

We worked on large-scale systems using technologies including Cassandra, DynamoDB, Kafka and Hadoop.

One project was a cookie-less advertising server built to serve and load ads in milliseconds.

Business outcome

Patented technology. Successful exit.

The technology we helped build went on to receive patents, before the venture was eventually sold, giving its founders a successful exit.

05

Travel

Technology meets operations

We didn't just build the technology. We became operating partners in a cab business, investing our own capital and building the systems that ran alongside it.

We purchased and operated a fleet of around eight SUVs, while developing AI-powered sales applications, operational dashboards and reporting systems to run the business. We eventually sold the fleet and exited the business at a profit.

Business outcome

Built, operated and exited profitably

Our investment wasn't only in the software. We put capital, technology and operational experience into the business — then successfully exited after building and running it ourselves.

06

And more.

Many different problems

E-commerce platforms. Social products. Learning systems. Entertainment platforms. Music technology. APIs and integrations. Business automation. Backend infrastructure.

Not every idea became a business. Not every project was meant to. But every one added another layer of experience to how we think about building technology in the real world.

What happened next

Some ideas became
something much bigger.

Not every idea became a business. Some did. Some attracted investment, some grew into substantial businesses, and some continue to grow today.

We don't measure the work only by what shipped. We look at what happened after — when technology became part of a business, supported its growth and helped turn an idea into something real.

What we learned

Building software
is only part of it.

We've seen projects succeed, struggle, evolve and sometimes simply go in a different direction.

01

A working product is not automatically a successful product.

We've built technically successful products that never became major businesses. Funding changed. Clients lost interest. Markets didn't respond as expected.

02

The technology is rarely the whole problem.

Understanding the business, the people using the system and the problem being solved is just as important as writing the code.

03

Good software solves a real problem.

The most useful systems we've built weren't created because a particular technology was exciting. They existed because someone had a problem worth solving.

04

Simplicity usually wins.

Years of working on complex systems have made us appreciate something simple: if technology can remove unnecessary work and make a business run better, it has done its job.

We've learned to care less about building something impressive and more about building something that actually works.

Where we're going

Building with AI.
Beyond chatbots.

We're building AI applications that understand context, work with business data, use tools and take action.

The goal isn't to put AI everywhere.
It's to make businesses work better.

01

AI Agents

Systems that understand a task, work through it and take action using the right tools.

02

Business Data

Connecting AI to the information a business already has, making its own data useful in context.

03

RAG & Search

Finding and using the right information from documents, databases and knowledge bases when it matters.

04

Tool Calling

Connecting AI to APIs, software and business systems so it can do more than generate text.

05

Voice

Natural voice interfaces that connect directly to customer and business workflows.

06

Automation

Turning repetitive processes into systems that can understand, decide and act with less manual intervention.

This is where we're investing our time now: specialized AI applications built around real business problems.

The people

Three founders.
Seventeen years.
A lot of software.

We've built for clients, built businesses of our own, partnered with companies across countries, tried ideas that worked and ideas that didn't.

We kept the company. We kept building. And we're still interested in what comes next.

Founder

Hussain Haideri

Computer science engineer who enjoys taking unfamiliar problems apart, understanding how they work and finding ways to make technology solve them. These days, much of that curiosity is focused on AI and LLMs and their practical use in business.

I'm also passionate about investing across different asset classes. Understanding businesses, ideas and what creates value is another way I enjoy learning, spotting opportunities and challenging my thinking.

Travel plays a similar role outside technology. New places, different people and unfamiliar perspectives challenge assumptions, spark ideas and influence how I think about what we build.

Founder

Nikhil Oza

A mathematics and physics enthusiast with a natural pull towards the underlying mechanics of technology — from servers and infrastructure to distributed systems and big data.

He enjoys going deeper than the surface. Once something catches his attention, he tends to keep pulling at the thread until he understands not just how it works, but why it works the way it does.

That curiosity shapes how he builds. Whether it's a complex backend system or a problem involving data at scale, the interesting part is often what happens underneath — the architecture, the trade-offs and the details that make everything work together.

Shabbir Tavawala

Drawn to new technology and the possibilities that come with trying it in the real world. The most interesting ideas are usually the ones that haven't been fully figured out yet.

Routine projects don't hold much appeal. He prefers problems that require experimentation, learning and a willingness to approach things differently — especially when there isn't an obvious answer from the start.

Curiosity is usually where it begins. A new technology, an unfamiliar problem or simply the challenge of figuring something out is often enough reason to start building and see where it leads.

We don't want to build everything.
We want to build things that interest us.

After years of building for clients, partnerships and businesses, we're increasingly choosing projects where we can contribute meaningfully, work in a way that suits us and do our best work.

Outside the office

We like keeping
some room for curiosity.

Work is a big part of what we do. So are the things that take us away from the screen, give us new perspectives and occasionally lead to the next idea.

How we work

We build with people.
Sometimes we invest with them.

Most of our work is straightforward: we partner with businesses to solve important problems through software, products and AI.

When we believe strongly in a concept, we may go further — investing our own capital, technology and time alongside the right partners. We choose those opportunities carefully.
